My crawlspace was a total disaster! The insulation was falling down everywhere, water was pooling in the floor and mold and fungus was on all the joist and sub-flooring. I freaked out it was so bad. Turns out I had to have a perimeter tile drain and sump installed, everything tore out, the mold remediation done, insulation reinstalled and an encapsulation done.
